I ran some. I didn’t track my distance or time, I just put on some music and thought about today. I ran some for those who didn’t get to finish today, and for those hurt and their families. My heart goes out to you.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to those in Boston.
Here are some resources we’ve gathered so far.

Day 7/100-
-
Ten people. One hundred days. One objective: do something.
We are a group of people from different backgrounds, in different places, trying to do one thing. The idea is to choose something constructive, interesting or challenging and repeat or continue the task for one hundred days. The goal is to create a habit, try something new, or see things differently.
Everyone is doing something different. The tasks vary from the tedious to the humorous to the mundane. Every participant was asked to document each day. This blog will be one of hopefully several means of documentation
The start date is Wednesday, April 3, 2013.

I’m gunna go run some stupid miles in my stupid new shoes in the stupid cold.
wish me luck.
Tonight I did 5k! With some minor technical difficulties along the way, but I made it none the less. I did 4.06k in 27.33 minutes with a pace of 6:47 minutes/km. Plus the 1k that my phone didn’t record. It was a good, snowy run.
I did an installation at my school this week, the colored notes around it have people’s words, something that they’ve been meaning to tell someone.
This week has been a mix of running and working and finishing things and getting ready for exams. Pleasemakeitstop.
I’m going with a prince to see a top-knotted-beach-running-camo-wearing-canadian this weekend to do some skating and art viewing.
I went running again tonight, I did some yoga, and I ate some a lot of pasta.
I went running tonight.
It is peculiar and new and hard, but I like it. I’ve started doing couch to 5k and I skipped a little to the third week where I feel challenged but not overwhelmed.
I did some adventuring in the last two weeks with this one. We ran and pet deer and antiqued and drove a strange man from Kentucky who kept saying y’all a lot to Toronto. I’m back in school now, my semester will be done in a few weeks.
I’m going to try to keep doing this, I don’t know how much longer it will be before the gentle inclines of my neighborhood kill me but we’ll see. If beachy can do it so can I.
